The power switch to the shower had burnt out and needed replacing. The job was done in a very professional manner with Karl explaining exactly what and why the problem had occurred. The whole experience was very positive from contacting him initially from his ad in Inside Chingford and Highams Park, his manner was confident and friendly, to his completion of the job. Ten out of ten for service and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. It was reassuring that he followed Covid protocols by wearing a face mask the whole time.
