Very positive experience issue was a broken shower in a busy single bathroom family home, Karl fixed on the same day I called at the arranged time. Quickly diagnosed fault had required parts to switch out and disposed of the old. Karl was very pleasant and gave sound advice on how to prevent the issue in future.

Karl and his team fully re-wired my house (including Ethernet cabling) and installed various additional fixtures and fittings for me. The team did a great job and really went above and beyond - we were renovating the whole house at the time and they all chipped in shifting heavy stuff around and clearing out spaces for us, for no extra charge. I have used Tack on several occasions and highly recommend them. They respond quickly to calls and on each occasion have come out the same day and solved the problem. I’ve been using Karl & crew for about a decade now for multiple properties. Always quick and professional...and friendly. They know their onions and propose various options and quickly get any other kit that may be required. Today’s job was to change traditional light fittings and switches with Philips Hue LED equivalents.
