Karl came and quickly identified a problem with the fuse box arcing out the 1st floor plug sockets and not tripping the fuse switch. He quickly fixed the issue and checked all other fuses. On a secondary issue he explained the problem and fitted some external lights to our garden wall. Both jobs were completed quickly and efficiently with good quality parts, I will definitely call again if I need electrical help.
